Manage Subscription

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Access Your StudyBuddy Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Payment Management section.

  3. Select "Cancel Subscription".

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Pause Subscription

To pause your subscription:

  1. Access Your StudyBuddy Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Payment Management section.

  3. Select "Pause Subscription".

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Change Payment Method

To change your Payment Method or details about payment:

  1. Access Your StudyBuddy Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Payment Management section.

  3. Click on "Manage Payment."

  4. Make any necessary changes through the secure Stripe billing system.
