I am getting billed after I canceled

If you have canceled your subscription but are still being charged, here's what you can do:

Check if you have multiple StudyBuddy accounts. You may have accidentally created another account or entered a typo in your email.

To identify the correct account:

  • Search all your email inboxes for the keyword “StudyBuddy.”

  • Find the email associated with the account being charged.

  • Log in to that account or use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.

  • Once logged in, cancel or pause your subscription through the dashboard.
