I am getting billed after I canceled
If you have canceled your subscription but are still being charged, here's what you can do:
Check if you have multiple StudyBuddy accounts. You may have accidentally created another account or entered a typo in your email.
To identify the correct account:
Search all your email inboxes for the keyword “StudyBuddy.”
Find the email associated with the account being charged.
Log in to that account or use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.
Once logged in, cancel or pause your subscription through the dashboard.
