Ongoing Membership

To ensure continuous access, your StudyBuddy subscription will automatically renew using the payment method you provided. If you wish to stop the subscription, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.

Billing Errors

If you encounter any billing issues or believe you’ve been charged incorrectly, please submit a support request with the relevant details. Our team will promptly review and address your concern. If you don’t receive a response as soon as possible, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter unfamiliar addresses.
