If the Screenshot feature is not working, here is what you can do:

Troubleshooting

Verify that you have enabled the Extension by going through this guide:

Make sure the extension is enabled

  • Check Conflicting Extensions

Other browser extensions may conflict with StudyBuddy Chrome Extension. To disable other extensions:

  1. Go to the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.

  2. Select "Extensions" from the menu.

  3. Disable other extensions by toggling them off, except for StudyBuddy.

After disabling, restart your browser and see if the issue continues.

If you’re not using any additional extensions or disabling them didn’t help, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache next:

  1. Go to the three dots again, select “Settings”, then click "Privacy and Security".

  2. Under "Privacy and Security," click “Clear Browsing Data.”

  3. Set the Time range to “All time.”

  4. Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”

  5. Click “Clear data” to confirm.
