Troubleshooting

There are several reasons why the StudyBuddy Chrome Extension might not be available on a specific web page:

1. Unsupported Web Page: The extension may not directly support the web page you are trying to access.

2. Page Loading Issues: The page may not have loaded correctly. Refreshing the page might resolve this issue.

3. Restricted Access: Some website owners may have blocked StudyBuddy from being used on their web pages.

Verify that you have enabled the Extension by going through this guide:

• Check Conflicting Extensions

Other browser extensions may conflict with StudyBuddy. To disable other extensions:

1. Go to the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.

2. Select "Extensions" from the menu.

3. Disable other extensions by toggling them off, except for StudyBuddy.

After disabling, restart your browser and see if the issue continues.

If you’re not using any additional extensions or disabling them didn’t help, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache next:

1. Go to the three dots again, select “Settings”, then click "Privacy and Security".

2. Under "Privacy and Security," click “Clear Browsing Data.”

3. Set the Time range to “All time.”

4. Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.”

5. Click “Clear data” to confirm.
